
Mike Smith, President - CMCA, AMS
Mike joined the Omega team in 2005 as a community manager. In 2012 he became a partner, and in 2014 assumed the role of President & CEO. Mike is a graduate of Lock Haven University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to Omega, Mike worked as an assistant property manager for a large multifamily group in Durham, NC. Mike also worked for a local custom homebuilder as an apprentice/project manager. He has earned his CMCA and AMS designations through the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Professional Management Development Program and has earned his NC Real Estate Brokers License. Mike is well versed in all aspects of community association management including residential, commercial and developer services.
Stacy Sewell, Vice President
Prior to joining Omega in 2009, Stacy attended St. Mary’s College and lived in Chapel Hill before relocating to Dallas, Texas. She worked in marketing and management for 10 years before moving back to North Carolina and joining the team. In addition to managing communities for Omega, Stacy oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, HR, board events, assists the administrative team, client relations and handles other executive needs as needed. Stacy's primary goal is to ensure best practices are utilized throughout all of Omega's processes and services. Stacy is a certified NC Notary Public.
Kasey Williams, Vice President - CMCA, AMS
Kasey joined the Omega team as a Community Manager in 2012, having started her career in 2008 in on-site management at Governors Club and then working at Brier Creek Country Club. Kasey holds her CMCA and AMS designations through CAI and is a Raleigh native who graduated from Meredith College. While also managing communities, she oversees manager and assistant manager training, board/client relations, business development and company communications. Kasey is focused on creating a positive experience and work environment for all staff, as well as helping staff be knowledgeable and efficient partners with our boards.
Jessica MacDonald, Community Manager, Assistant Manager Team Lead
Jessica has been with Omega since 2012. She first began in our accounting department, in charge of accounts receivables and collections. In 2016, Jessica transitioned to our management team as an assistant and is now in charge of our Community Service Representatives. Jessica came to Omega with over 25 years in customer service, project management and logistics.
Tom Neal, Senior Community Manager - CMCA, AMS
Tom brings his 20-plus years managing with a background as a general contractor, and 10-plus years of experience in the landscaping industry to Omega. Tom’s current portfolio includes town home, single family, and commercial condominium associations. He joined our team as a Community Manager in early 2013 and works tirelessly on behalf of the communities he serves.
Jennifer Wichowski, Senior Community Manager - CMCA, CPO
Jennifer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations, and a master’s degree in Recreation Administration. She began her career at the Stoneridge/Sedgefield Swim and Racquet Club in Chapel Hill, NC, where she was Club Manager for over 11 years. She later owned her own pool management company and holds certifications as a Certified Pool and Spa Operator. She is a member of the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association and also the Community Associations Institute (CAI) where she obtained her CMCA. Jennifer has served on her community’s Board of Directors for ten years as Treasurer, Vice President and President. She appreciates and is dedicated to all that it takes to achieve successful association and community management.
Rachel Bush, Community Manager - CMCA, AMS
As a Community Manager, Rachel oversees both single family and townhomes. With her outgoing personality and strong work ethic, along with her prior experience, Rachel has an unequaled talent working with our communities. Originally from Pennsylvania, Rachel graduated with an Associates in Programming, Web Design and Database. She joined Omega in 2014 and continues to further her education as a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI).
Kristina Bailey, Community Manager - PCAM, CMCA, AMS
Lena Deptolla, Community Manager - CMCA, AMS
Lena has been managing HOA’s and large-scale onsite communities in the Triangle for the past 15 years. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of construction related improvements and capital projects with her Board members. Lena also enjoys the daily variation of responsibilities, which keeps her motivated. She looks forward to furthering her education through CAI and learning from other industry professionals. Lena and her family have lived in Raleigh for the past 25 years after relocating from Wilmington.
Julia Gage, Community Manager
Julia joined Omega in 2021 as an assistant manager and quicky moved into a management role. She is a Raleigh native and went to college in Wilmington before returning to Raleigh. Julia has an extensive background in customer service and business management, and is a valued member of the Omega team.

Forrest Wilson, Accounting Manager/Accounts Payable
Prior to joining Omega in 2012, Forrest worked in the HOA industry since 2007, and has worked with over 500 communities over the years. Forrest previously worked at another management company until 2012, advancing from staff accountant to accounting manager. He has extensive experience issuing and reviewing financial statements for 350 communities, handling day-to-day issues with bank accounts, bank reconciliations, automatic drafts and processing communities coming into or leaving management. Forrest earned his Masters in Accounting at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2005. He employs a rigid attention to detail that far surpasses client expectations.
