Mike joined the Omega team in 2005 as a community manager. In 2012 he became a partner, and in 2014 assumed the role of President & CEO. Mike is a graduate of Lock Haven University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to Omega, Mike worked as an assistant property manager for a large multifamily group in Durham, NC. Mike also worked for a local custom homebuilder as an apprentice/project manager. He has earned his CMCA and AMS designations through the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Professional Management Development Program and has earned his NC Real Estate Brokers License. Mike is well versed in all aspects of community association management including residential, commercial, and developer services.
