Management Team

Tom Neal, Community Manager - CMCA

Tom brings his 20-plus years managing with a background as a general contractor, and 10-plus years of experience in the landscaping industry to Omega. Tom’s current portfolio includes townhomes, single-family, and commercial condominium associations. He joined our team as a Community Manager in early 2013 and works tirelessly on behalf of the communities he serves.

Rachel Bush, Community Manager - CMCA, AMS

As a Community Manager, Rachel oversees both single family and townhomes. With her outgoing personality and strong work ethic, along with her prior experience, Rachel has an unequaled talent working with our communities. Originally from Pennsylvania, Rachel graduated with an Associates in Programming, Web Design and Database. She joined Omega in 2014 and continues to further her education as a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Kiana Pittman, Community Manager

Kiana joined Omega in 2021 as a Community Manager. She is a Durham native and went to college in Charlotte for communications before returning to Durham to be closer to her family. Kiana has an extensive background in customer service and business management and is a valued member of the Omega team.

Jenna Smith, Community Manager - CMCA, AMS

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jenna relocated to the Triangle area in 2008. Jenna has a degree in Hospitality Management, a North Carolina Real Estate License, and is a Notary Public. She is a proud member of CAI (Community Association Institute) where she earned her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations. Jenna’s professional and enthusiastic attitude allows her to establish and maintain strong relationships with the Omega team, clients, and vendors.

Lauren Vance, Community Manager - PCAM, CMCA, AMS

Lauren is a credentialed community association manager with extensive experience managing homeowner and condominium associations throughout North Carolina. She partners with boards of directors to oversee governance, financial management, covenant enforcement, vendor relations, and long-term community planning.

Known for her practical approach, strong industry knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service, Lauren helps communities navigate challenges while fostering transparent communication and effective leadership. She holds the CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® designations through the Community Associations Institute, reflecting her dedication to the highest standards of professional community management.

Quinn Etheridge, Community Manager - CMCA, AMS

Quinn joined the Omega team in 2024 offering extensive knowledge with a diverse background in all areas of real estate. A Wilson native, she graduated from Peace college and has been in the area since 2001. She currently holds her NC Real Estate License, as well as her CMCA, and AMS designations through the Community Associations Institute. She strives to build great relationships with Board members and enjoys open communication with all.

Jessica MacDonald, Operations Manager - CMCA

Jessica MacDonald has been with Omega since 2012. She first began in our accounting department, in charge of accounts receivable and collections. In 2016, Jessica transitioned to our management team. Jessica came to Omega with over 25 years of experience in customer service, project management, and logistics. She worked with companies such as American Express, Valley Forge, and Waterpik/Jandy.
